the only thing I had a problem with is the monitor against the mounting wall and keeping the monitors touching side by side. granted they are old style square LED monitor not monitors widescreen. Once you've mounted away from the wall on the other side of my desk, mount is exactly what I was looking for. very easy to configure, monitor swivel easily, had to tighten the screws to hold the monitor, but that's normal with stand. comes with cable management
